Saturday ! Ready for loading after a meatless, including chicken, yesterday...bwaahahaha!
After last night's sweet and sour fish, more sour than sweet,and a half a cup of rice, I'm ready to load . Wait, after fasting yesterday ,I only got four pieces of my favorite pan de sal without the customary cup of coffee for breakfast?
Since nobody goes far on a breakfast of mere pan de sal ,we decided to have an early lunch :chicken inasal with a cup of rice softened by the complimentary sinigang soup finished by lots and lots of ice cold plain water.Good enough but...
Not content with my chicken inasal lunch , I was tempted to buy an egg sandwich which I've been missing for weeks in the supermarket... yup, it's been a long time since I got an egg sandwich ! For a pseudo dessert,double scoops of nice ube ice cream! Soo refreshing...yeah baby!
Dinner will be a little heavier : Sinigang na baboy and the fiesta treat arroz valenciana which I haven't tasted for months! Since New year's day , I think...looking forward to our family dinner!
Now, I am hungry and dinner is at least two hours away!!
