It's been 15 days now since my last post . Well , I've been using my blogging time lately for watching tv - pba games , champions league/english premier league and a few movies ( Courage Under Fire , Behind Enemy Lines and Bad News Bears).
I am happy to note that Man Utd has now gained more wins and points to catch up on rivals Chelsea , Liverpool and Arsenal. 2 more wins and Man Utd may be enroute to another championship again! Over at the CL 2008-09 , so sorry that Real Madrid ( my team in the Primera Liga) fell to the inspired play of Juve (2-1) last Wednesday. On the other hand ,Man Utd swept Celtics (that's keltics) (3-0) in their 1st round of group match! Go Man U !That's my team (in England )!
The great news was Spain winning the Euro 2008! Sergio Ramos , Fernando Torres, GK and skipper Casillas , Fabregas , Xabi , Iniesta , David Villa and the rest of the team plus coach Aragones , congrats!!! My team swept their elims bracket( Russia , Swedenand Greece) leading to the crown by beating Italy (4-2) in the quarters then Russia (3-0) in the semis and Germany (1-0) for the finals!
Spain's EURO win is it's first after 1964(?) and the fotos here are for 'Riel of little conversations over coffee.Hope that she likes them.Who knows she just might become one great fan of international football!
