Food Lovers Festival at SM City Iloilo

Last week, I had the chance to see the creation of what was perhaps the biggest burger here in the City as one of the highlights at the " Food Lovers Festival " held at SM City Iloilo from Aug. 12 to 18 !

                                                   

 

True enough , the burger event was entitled : 

THE ULTIMATE BURGER

Taste the biggest creation of Chef OJ Salazar

Aug 16. 2PM. Event Center

The  "ultimate burger" was a "creation" of Chef OJ Salazar of the very popular Perry Todd's Burger ! Well , there were actually two giant-sized burgers made by Chef  OJ and the crowd was so amazed at not only the hugeness of the burgers but also as to how they were eventually prepared!

Consider this : at least a foot wide patty at two and a half inches thick complete with all the nicely baked equally huge buns and condiments sans the mustard!!
