Yes, the results are out for the latest SWS national survey for senators! In the said survey for the period Feb.24-28, 2010, clowns topped voting preferences for senators with re-electionist Sen. Bong Revilla at number 1(see photo above ) getting 54%. Revilla remained at number 1 for the second straight survey but fell by 4% from his 58% rating in the Jan.21-24, 2010 SWS survey! There's no truth to the rumor, however, that his ratings have plummeted allegedly because his suspected "womanizing" frequency has fluctuated recently!
Not far behind Revilla in the same recent SWS survey is another clown , re-electionist Sen. J.Estrada ,with 47% for a good number 3 (down by 10% compared to the Jan. 2010 SWS survey) ! My moles tell me that is not true , however , that his ratings dropped dramatically because of his anxiety on his father's dwindling financial resources required to bankroll a sagging presidential campaign! Still , another clown , big fat former Sen.Drilon , was at number 5 with 45% in the latest survey but dropped by 2 % compared to his 47% last January! While his ratings dipped , his weight has gotten heavier! Our apologies to the big , fat Senator for his missing photo since it was too big to be pasted on this blog!
You will note , however, that these three senatoriable clowns have their ratings steadily dipping significantly since SWS' December 2009 survey! This is significant considering that from among the top 12 senatoriables from the December 2009 to Feb 2010 surveys , only Sen. Lito Lapid's ratings have steadily gone up from only 23% in Dec. to 28% in Jan 2010; and, 31% in the latest survey although he's ranked way below at 10-11! Of course, it is widely perceived that he is the prince of clowns in the august chamber as his constituents have not heard from him there except for a mumbling a few funny words , sometimes...LOL !

May I remind everybody that there are many more clowns aspiring for senators but are ranked so distantly below... who are they? Well, clowns may come in so many forms. Like there are communists clowns! Still there are right-wing clowns...congressmen clowns ,singing clowns, TV clowns, etc., etc.
Well, it's election season once again! Time to send in the clowns!
