Messi scored this magnificent goal in the 54th minute  .  His first on English soil! 

While  it didn't turn out to be the winning goal for Barca , it certainly put Barca ahead of Man U 2-1;  and , probably broke their backs and morale , too , after Rooney scored the equaliser!

In the end, Barca won the game , 3-1 , and more importantly , the 2011 UEFA Champions League Cup for the 4th time --- against an English team and on English soil !
