Today's Weird Event : 2 LRT Trains Collided !

TODAY'S WEIRD EVENT :  2 LRT Trains Collided !

This is one incident that can only happen in the Philippines! Too funny and weird...saddening?

How did these two trains collide when there were precisely two tracks for trains running on opposite directions , in this case, one from east to west and the other , west to east!  Well as usual , probably after several investigations or fact-finding committee work, the real cause may be attributed to  negligence, technical glitches or probably plain stupidity of crew! Or perhaps , we will never know !  What is sad is the fact that things like this happened because somebody  bungled on the job! Simply , we have become a nation of bunglers and fumblers. 

Let's go back to August 2010 when our police bungled a bloody  hostage-taking crisis which resulted to more than a dozen casualties and led to some diplomatic issues with  HK / China! Even that famous  Donald Tsang phone call to P-Noy was bungled by some Malacanang Palace underling which further aggravated the sad incident. 

Do you recall , too , those seemingly innocent but tactless tweets  by another Palace staff about dangerous streets, "men don't look good" and  "wines that suck" in Hanoi during a State Visit? 

And , don't forget the "imitation"  catchphrase and logo fiasco of the Department of Tourism!

Then , again , this collision of LRT trains ? Just one of those major , major bunglings and fumbles of this Government ! Will the Senate or Lower House investigate this , too?

What's next to happen?

Yup , only in the Philippines...how sad!
