It's the month of hearts and romance once again! Next to the month of December, this month is probably the time when concerts are the "in thing" ! Janet Jackson of Jackson Five fame got the ball rolling last night with her own Valentine's concert in Manila : "Let's Wait a While" at the PICC! Many more are coming and notable among which , as far as I am concerned, is the Love Rocks 4 concert on February 11 at the Big Dome featuring not just one but three artists : Stephen Bishop, Dan Hill and Yvonne Elliman!
Stephen Bishop ? For starters ,if you've seen the movie " Tootsie" and loved it then you probably would have appreciated its hit theme, "It might be You", too! This beautiful song was co-written by the Bergmans with Dave Grusin and sang by Bishop in the hit movie "Tootsie".Bishop also wrote the hit songs "On and On" as well as "Save it for a Rainy Day"

Dan Hill? He is the songwriter par excellance who wrote the lyrics of the Grammy nominated song
" Sometimes When We Touch" together with Barry Mann! Hill also did pop covers for George Benson (In You Eyes, 1983) and Celine Dion/Billy Newton-Davies(Can't Live with You, 1989) and other popular artists.

Yvonne Elliman?Of course everybody remembers her as Mary Magdalene from that famous rock opera '
"Jesus Christ Superstar" where she popularized the song " I Don't Know how to Love Him". She also played Magdalene in the movie adaptation with same title where she won a Golden Globe award. Notable among the hits of Elliman is the popular "If I can't Have You " from the album , "Saturday Night Fever" of the Bee Gees.
